Heavy-Duty Deep Well Check Valves
U.S. Valve’s Techno Check™ Heavy-duty Deep Well Check Valves are a good solution to overcoming water hammers and resolving your submersible pumping systems’ check valve problems. The Techno Deep Well Checks Valve’s exceptional response to quick starting water pumps and exceptionally low-pressure drop distinguishes it as a superior valve for water well service.
Specially designed for deep well applications, Techno’s standard Female Threaded Check Valves are rated for 450 psi service or depths of 1000 ft. Techno Male-Threaded and Techno Full-Flanged Check Valves are also available. Inherent features include a large free area with resulting low-pressure loss, high integrity sealing from the continuous seal design, reduced noise and wear by the elimination of metal-to-metal rotating parts, and stable operation under a wider range of flow rates.
- Full Port - Provides increased flow with reduced pressure loss
- Valve Plates - Offer metal-to-metal support and reduced travel
- Sealing Member - Provides tight shutoff and prolonged cycle life
- Hinge Post - Precision air foil design offers streamlined flow
- Spring
Full Port, Lowest Pressure Drop
Full Port Check Valves provide more flow and lower pressure drops than conventional check valves. Our elastomer hinge check valve design takes performance to an entirely new level by eliminating the restrictive valve seat and substantially increasing the valve’s open area and flow coefficient (Cv). Our Full Port Ball Valves offer open flow paths, thus reducing turbulence and noise. They are ideal for application in vacuum pumps, compressed air and gas systems as well as in water systems where low head loss and elimination of water hammer are desirable.
